Quotes and Pricing
Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Additional work outside the agreed scope may require revised pricing.
Bookings and Access
Customers must provide safe and reasonable access to the property and electrical systems at the agreed appointment time.
Payments
Payment terms are stated on your invoice. Late payments may incur additional charges where permitted by law.
Emergency Callouts
Emergency response times are targets, not guarantees, and may vary based on demand, weather, and traffic conditions.
Liability
We perform work to applicable regulations. Liability is limited to the value of services supplied, except where prohibited by law.
Warranties
Workmanship warranties apply as specified in writing. Warranty claims may be void where third-party alterations are made after completion.
